Alhamdulillah, this past week had been fruitful.

Early in the morning Afan messaged for us to check out their spring camp on youtube. MasyaAllah! Teruskan usaha2 bina & bina ini. Moga terus thabat.

Today tuned in tu radio IKIM at 3.15 pm to listen to Yan's promo for MAN '09 in slot Agenda Ummah. Way to go Yan! Alhamdulillah
We have yet to book for seats - we sure will not miss this, insyaAllah!

Today too sorted out zakat PERKIM for akh Ammar. Othman & Zaid assured that things will be taken care of, insyaAllah. Alhamdulillah.

Had our monthly meeting tonight which ended at around 1.30 am. Yawwwwwnnnn! so many things to decide..

Early Tuesday morning picked up Norliah & joined Pah to Hosp Ampang. Haven't been there for quite sometime, looks like I'll have to renew my Sahabat membership & resume my visits. Today we're attending talks on 'pengurusan psikososial penderaan wanita & kanak2' + majlis penghargaan sumbangan PZS in upgrading the Balai Pelawat.
The talk on OSCC was a big letdown - perhaps because we are already involved in its programmes & have access to all its info.

The food was good though, hehe. Met Molly, Afan's mak sepupu, for the first time. Heard about her from Pah but never had the chance to meet her-she's staying just nearby, Hulu Kelang!
We made our move after lunch as usrah is on as usual this evening. Picked Zharif from Anfal's , Filzah is with Yan , beraya sakan! Alhamdulillah support system is excellent! no reason not to get involved...

Our first WJS meeting scheduled for wednesday was on. Dinner prepared by Salmi was slurrrpingly good, alhamdulillah! K Ton got here eary, 5.30, earlier than me!! The rest arrived after maghrib. While waiting, the two of us had informal discussions & came up with a few proposals - that helped cut our meeting time, alhamdulillah.

Yan was overwhelmed with her task organising MAN'09. To keep her spirit up, sent her this SMS.It's a reminder to myself too...

Alhamdulillah, Allah sibukkan kita dengan amal2 Islami. Moga diterima Allah sebagai pemberat timbangan di hadapanNya nanti. Alangkah rugi mereka yang disibukkan dengan urusan dunia semata..

We were having a big programme Friday night. Had to ensure high attendance from Ampang Jaya. Much time spent calling & sms-ing around. Late Wed night the organisers requested that we supply 1k bottles of air JIM & 1k muffins! say yes first, worry later! hoho
Alhamdulillah, air JIM-ok with en Anis, & muffins - ok with k Banun - they'll even deliver the orders to the programme! Mudah keje..

Our plan was to send the kids (+ yan's kids) to Putrajaya. Our original plan was to move after 'asr. Kita rancang, Allah juga rancang - in the end we only managed to join the traffic on MRR2 way past maghrib, 7.50 to be exact, and we have to be at the programme at 8! sigh..... then we had to turn back....

Dani wanted to use the estima to attend auzan's walimah in johor. so i said ok, we'll leave the key in the postbox. put the key in an envelope & placed in the po together with another envelope with k pi's DY roadtax. Just as we sped on MRR2, realised that I was still clutching the car key! arghhhh I must have placed the housekey in the envelope! Back we go. As Lan was switching the keys, got another sms, tak jadi pinjam! oh well, we might as well take the key with us then & rush rush we go up the MRR2! As we reached Pandan, got another sms, they'll pick the van at 10! arrrgggggghhhh!

Traffic up to Pandan was bad (oh well, its Friday night..) Putrajaya hiway was ok Alhamdulillah. Dropped the kids & off we go! we got there 9.15, more than 1 hr late huhu. By the time we crawled into bed, it was almost 2 am. aduhhhh. tomorrow's another long day...

While Mr. P. Gunasegaran ( No to whipping for drinking, 28 Aug 2009, Star ) and those in the similar vein are entitled to their freedom of expression, it nonetheless needs to be pointed out that his abrasive intrusion into the intoxicating whipping debate is in extreme bad taste and a blatant affront to Muslim sensitivity.

His high and mighty pronouncement ( read fatwa ) based on his secular theology and his one sentence reference to some unnamed Muslim scholar, makes him an overnight jurist ( read Mufti ) !

Despite 52 years of Merdeka, quite apparently and most unfortunately, the civilized and democratic values of mutual respect is sorely missing in our multi-religious co-existence. And as far as Muslims are concerned, there has been one too many Islamophobic sentiments snowballing by the day in the mainstream editorials, press reports and cyber portals.

Fed by deep-seated prejudice, and popular misconceptions towards Islam and the Shariah, the words "barbaric", "cruel", and "inhumane" are hurled without regard for the sensitivity of Muslims.

Barbaric, cruel, and inhumane are after all relative terms that are employed to demonize the other. This media onslaught, directly or indirectly, knowingly or unknowingly, attempts to belittle and humiliate the Shariah justice system, an entire institution whose place in our nation is legitimated by history and the Constitution.

What else does one make of the following headlines “and lets do away with a slew of outmoded, archaic laws in the statute books, both syariah and civil”. He further adds “there is real danger of disarray when man purports to speak for God”. I hasten to respond by asking - should we then let him (the editor) play God or better still be God ?

Islam, meaning ‘submission’- however awkward such a notion is to secular liberal thinking – is acceptance with a free conscience both the tenets of the faith and outwardly the injunctions of the Shariah which encompasses formal ritual worship and the regulation of personal and social mores based on sacred texts.

Believers of other faiths, liberal secularists and secular atheists need to understand that Islam is the governing principle in every aspect of a Muslim's life to a degree seldom seen in the adherents and practitioners of other religions. Islam is not just a matter of rituals and worship; Islam is a complete way of life. For those who cannot or will not accept the crucial importance of this most important reality in the life of all Muslims we can only say, hopefully without insult, please stay out of our business.

As Muslims we have no difficulty accepting that non-Muslims have different beliefs and live their lives differently than we do. Please show us the same courtesy.

His editorial among others, reflect the distressing trend that non-Muslims are making ill-informed, prejudiced and unwelcome comments on the religion of the majority of people of this country. This is very unhealthy, and dangerously crossing the lines of civilized discourse.

There exists a myriad of opinions on the issue of consumption of intoxicants. But the Muslim scholars are unanimous that the offender must be punished.

If the offence is considered under the jurisdiction of hudud (limits), as is embraced by the schools of thought of Syafie, Maliki and Hanafi, caning must be meted without exception. This being the stipulate of God for the good of the bigger society.

However, Al-Qaradhawi, the celebrated contemporary scholar, in consonant with the likes of At-Tabari, Ibn Munzir, As-Syawkani and Ibn Qayyim opines that this offence is within the domain of ta’zir (discretionary penalty). Thus, the judge may choose to forgive the first time offender or he may elect to cane the offender and would stipulate the number of canings. As alluded by others, the caning is unlike the brutal and vicious whippings as prescribed by the civil courts.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Zulfakar, who lectures Islamic criminal law in the International Islamic University of Malaysia, and Datuk Abdul Munir Yaakob, SUHAKAM commissioner, concurred that the courts acted within the State Shariah Criminal Offences Act notwithstanding the seven day remand order.

The Shariah court is part of Malaysia's dual justice system which has jurisdiction over Muslims and the decision of the Kuantan Shariah High Court must be respected as such That is the rule of law enjoyed by both the Shariah and Civil courts and outside interference would tantamount to contempt of court. The due process of appeal is open to the victim if justice is not done or seen to be done.

In this media frenzy, the irony has not been lost that Kartika herself has accepted the sentence and has refused appeal despite the suggestion by no less the Prime Minister himself. This underscores one of the objectives of the Shariah, to guide Muslims to be more observant of their religious obligations through remorse and repentance.

The controversy surrounding Kartika's sentencing also exposes the sometimes uneasy co-existence of the world views of Islam and that of modern secular society. Attempts to fit Islam into the secular world view is like forcing a square peg into a round hole.

Globally, the World Health Organisation (WHO) reports that alcohol causes 1.8 million deaths (3.2% of total) and 58.3 million (4% of total) of Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALYs). The U.S. Department of Justice Report on Alcohol and Crime found that alcohol abuse was a factor in 40 percent of violent crimes committed in the U.S. The British Home office reports a figure of 45% which rose to 58% in cases of attacks by unrecognized persons. We have not even begun to mention the primary role of alcohol in road traffic accidents, domestic violence, drug dependence, alcoholism, women and alcohol, adolescents and alcohol, fetal alcohol syndrome, alcohol and liver cirrhosis, alcohol and brain damage, alcohol and cancer risk, the causal link between alcohol and 60 different types of diseases etc.

God says in the Quran, Chapter 2, Verse 219 :
“They ask you concerning wine and gambling. Say: 'There is a great sin in both of them, and (some) profits for people; but their sin is greater than their profit …”

As Muslims, our absolute love and allegiance is to our Creator, whose infinite wisdom we do not question. Thus, it is completely unacceptable and reprehensible that any from amongst his creations, should instruct us otherwise applying their fallible human and secular opinions and standards.

3R - Remaja Raikan Ramadhan , 26-27 Ogos 09

School break coincided with the first week of Ramadhan. Our boys went back Saturday morning, 1st Ramadhan after being sent home for one week due to the H1N1 outbreak. They were happy of 'cos to be back, but not too happy having to head back to school just as others head home from school for the one week break! oh well, they'll be back one week early for the raya break . that's a consolation enough.

Saturday morning I had a ladies' programme, as scheduled. We hosted for zon 1 Selangor - Ampang Jaya, Gombak, Hulu Langat, Hulu Selangor & Kelang. As hosts we had to be there early, so had to bid the boys bye bye at home instead of at the bus stand. Bye-bye boys! Safe journey, insyaAllah.

Zharif had ujian diagnostik for std 1 entrance to Al Amin, so Lan had to send him there, taking Ulfah & Filzah along. The test would start at 9, so everybody had to move early too, to send the boys to Hentian Putra & rush back to SRIAAG by 9, though the bus only leaves at 9.30!
Rush! rush! rush! as usual.. hehe. At 9,30 got a call from Lan... oh oh.. Zharif's turn is at 11.30, since mom&dad need not go thru the parents' interview session :) sowwy! Back to bed,Lan said...call me up at 11, in case I oversleep... hmmm

We normally had KRJ prog during school breaks - no news so far. Halipah is the new KRJ wanita head, she wanted to, but haven't done anything as yet.. huhu
Masjid alMardhiyyah wanted us to organise something for the remaja, so we decided to give it a go. Not much time left, but we'll manage, insyaAllah. Othman agreed to it & will consult the AJK Masjid.

Alhamdulillah Bai too agreed to handle the programme, phew! that was a great relief, otherwise it would be big trouble for us...

Monday morning went to see Bai & Nina to discuss the details.It'll be on Wednesday-Thursday, 2 days away.... "How many participants, mcik??" who knows, we haven't even announced it! haha.
Then began the mad rush of preparing the flyers & posters , though distribution pending, waiting for the masjid's approval. After maghrib we presented our working paper to the AJKs. They were quite sceptical - with one day promotion, can we get the number ?? insyaAllah.... :)
The programme was announced after isya' & the first batch of flyers were distributed immediately after tarawikh.

Tuesday was the only day left... registration was trickling...worry! worry!
Wednesday morning, went to the Masjid with a very heavy heart, worried sick that only a handful would turn up..... who knows, ajk & facies might outnumber the paricipants!boo hoo

Alhamdulillah thummalhamdulillah! by 9 we had more than 40 boys & girls eargerly waiting for the programme to start (huh??)

And so the show began, with Bai & team handling the programme superbly! ALHAMDULILLAH!

Ramadhan is indeed a month full of tests & tribulations, be it in the form of musibah or ni'mat.These gauge our level of taqwa, based on the way we react - syukur for the wealth & health, & accept - redha with what comes our way. Allah's promise of jannah & all things good that come with Ramadhan doesn't come cheap! La'allakum tattaqun - attaining highest taqwa is not as simple as alif ba ta.

Preparing to welcome this holy month is never ending, no matter how much reading I did, discussions participated in nor tapes listened to. There seems to be so much to do to grab all the bounties promised.

Oh Allah, make us among those whom You bestow your rahmah - the time & will to prostrate only unto You, especially in the last 10 days of Ramadhan. Oh Allah, give us the strength....Ameen.

This Ramadhan, as during the previous 2 Ramadhans, we intended to spend our time at Masjid AsySyakiin KLCC. It would be so convenient - iftar & staying till after tarawikh - time would not be wasted & I need not do much cooking!! The kids loved it too, seeing old friends & having a ball running around in the large open area. More importantly, their presence wouldn't be a nuisance to the jemaah. I loved it here mainly because of that, not having to worry about people scorning at me for bringing kids who make lots of noise, disturbing those praying. With the kids outside under the watchful eyes of the guards, I can pray in peace Alhamdulillah

Fisrt night of tarawikh we made our way to KLCC - wahhhh! it had changed since the last time we were there... there was an additional level & the fountain was nomore there! Renovation work was still in progress. It was ok though, Alhamdulillah

1st Ramadhan, Lan had a bad flu, so bye bye KLCC! Worried about H1N1,we had iftar at home & went to surau al Aqsa for tarawikh. It was quite a let down though - the imam was good, a hafiz, alhamdulillah. He recited ok during fardhu prayers but was too fast for comprehension during tarawikh prayers. Astaghfirullah.. we looked at each other in the car & agreed that it's bye bye surau al Aqsa....

Heard about the good food at Masjid Mardhiyyah he he , so we made a beeline to al Mardhiyyah for our second day iftar. It's somewhere familiar, we saw all the familiar faces & indeed! the food was good!! Salmi's the caterer, no wonder..
Besides the good food,which is a bonus; praying in the air-cond + the kids in the playing area outside + just nearby our place, this seemed perfect! With these conveniences, al Mardhiyyah it'll be this Ramadhan! insyaAllah

10 Diseases Linked To Soda

Soda, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, HFCS. Statistics shows that Americans drink more soda than ever before. They account for more than 25 percent of all drinks consumed in the United States. More than 15 billion gallons were sold in 2000 -- about one 12-ounce can per day for every man, woman and child.

But here’s some information that may keep you away from opening the can:

1. Extra pounds
Soda is a significant contributor to obesity. Drinking a single can a day of sugary drinks translates to more than a pound of weight gain every month. And diet soda is just as likely to cause weight gain as regular, or even more -- it may sound counterintuitive, but people who drink diet soft drinks actually don’t lose weight. Artificial sweeteners induce a whole set of physiologic and hormonal responses that actually make you gain weight.

2. Liver damage
Soda damages your liver. Consumption of too many soft drinks puts you under increased risk for liver cirrhosis similar to the increased risk faced by chronic alcoholics.

3. Tooth decay
Soda dissolves tooth enamel. Soft drinks are responsible for doubling or tripling the incidence of tooth decay. Soda's acidity is even worse for teeth than the solid sugar found in candy.

4. Kidney stones and chronic kidney disease
Colas of all kinds are well known for their high phosphoric acid content, a substance that changes the urine in a way that promotes kidney stone formation. Drinking one quart (less than three 12-ounce cans) of soda per week may increase your risk of developing kidney stones by 15 percent.

5. Diabetes
Anything that promotes weight gain increases the risk of diabetes. Drinking soda also stresses your body's ability to process sugar. Some scientists now suspect that this may explain why the number of Americans with type 2 diabetes has tripled from 6.6 million in 1980 to 20.8 million today.

6. Heartburn & acid reflux
Heavy consumption of soda is a strong predictor of heartburn. Many carbonated beverages are very acidic. They also deliver a lot of air in the form of carbon dioxide, which can cause distension of your stomach. And that distension appears to be associated with more reflux.

7. Soft drinks = Soft Bones = Osteoporosis
Soft drinks containing phosphoric acid are definitely linked to osteoporosis (a weakening of your skeletal structure) because they lead to lower calcium levels and higher phosphate levels in your blood. When phosphate levels are high and calcium levels are low, calcium is pulled out of your bones.

8. Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Experts have reasons to believe that overconsumption of soda leads to an increase in blood pressure. It doesn't matter if the soda is regular or diet.

9. Heart disease
Heavy soda drinkers are more likely to develop risk factors for heart disease. Research shows that drinking more than one soft drink a day is associated with an increased risk of developing metabolic syndrome -- a group of symptoms such as central obesity, elevated blood pressure, elevated fasting blood sugar, elevated fasting triglycerides, and low levels of HDL or "good" cholesterol. Having three or more of the symptoms increases your risk of developing diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

10. Impaired digestion (gastrointestinal distress)
Gastrointestinal distress includes increased stomach acid levels requiring acid inhibitors, and moderate to severe gastric inflammation with possible stomach lining erosion. Drinking sodas, especially on an empty stomach, can upset the fragile acid-alkaline balance of your stomach and other gastric lining, creating a continuous acid environment. This prolonged acid environment can lead to inflammation of your stomach and duodenal lining.

MEMBINA KELUARGA DU'AT: Perselisihan Pendapat

Rumahtangga bukanlah istana kayangan. Ia adalah satu perkongsian hidup yang menuntut pengorbanan kedua-dua belah pihak.

Sekiranya sebelum berkahwin dulu seseorang boleh berkata, "Ini hidup saya, ikut suka sayalah pukul berapa saya hendak pulang ke rumah, atau hendak berkawan dengan siapa." Bagaimanapun, setelah berumahtangga, keadaan berubah. Ijabkabul menjadikan sebahagian dirinya milik "orang lain".

Perkahwinan membawa bersama-sama tanggungjawab. Namun, perkahwinan juga membawa kebahagiaan dan kegembiraan bagi pasangan yang mampu mengharunginya dengan jaya. Usah harapkan rumahtangga yang tidak ada masalah. Belajar bagaimana untuk menguruskan cabaran yang timbul dalam sesebuah perkahwinan itu.

PERSELISIHAN PENDAPAT

Kata orang tua-tua, "Sedangkan lidah lagi tergigit, inikan pula suami isteri." Perselisihan pendapat adalah merupakan sebahagian asam garam kehidupan berumahtangga. Ia sebenarnya adalah proses mencari satu asas kesamaan dalam satu-satu perkara.

Hal ini tidak dapat dielakkan kerana suami dan isteri dibesarkan dalam suasana yang berbeza dan mempunyai pengalaman hidup sebelum berumahtangga yang berlainan. Selain itu, pendidikan yang diterima dan pergaulan juga mempengaruhi cara seseorang berfikir dan melihat sesuatu isu.

Perselisihan pendapat harus dilihat secara positif. Sekiranya dikendalikan dengan baik, perselisihan pendapat boleh membantu sesuatu pasangan mengukuhkan perkahwinan. Melalui perselisihan pendapat, suami dan isteri dapat mencari titik persamaan.

Adalah lebih baik untuk suami dan isteri berselisih pendapat daripada mendiamkan diri dan memendam rasa. Pasangan yang memendam rasa mungkin kelihatan bahagia pada mata umum, namun rasa tidak berpuas hati yang disimpan boleh menjadi bom jangka yang akan meletup satu hari nanti.

Suami dan isteri harus mempelajari teknik yang betul untuk mengendalikan perselisihan pendapat. Bagaimana?

• Tunjukkan kasih sayang

Ingat, perselisihan pendapat bukanlah sesuatu yang negatif. Ia juga bukan merupakan titik penamat perkahwinan anda. Oleh itu, kendalikan perselisihan pendapat dengan penuh kasih sayang.

Nyatakan ketidaksetujuan anda dengan penuh rasa kecintaan. Tentukan pasangan anda mengetahui bahawa walaupun anda tidak bersetuju dengan pendapat atau perbuatannya, anda sayangkannya.

Sekiranya anda ingin menegur perbuatan suami, mulakan dengan kata-kata seperti: "Abang, Ani amat sayangkan Abang. Ani ucapkan terima kasih kerana selama ini Abang amat baik dan menyayangi Ani. Abang, boleh tak kalau Ani menyatakan sesuatu kepada Abang?"

Suami yang mendengar kata-kata sedemikian tahu bahawa isterinya ingin memberikan pendapat demi kebaikan bersama. Dia akan lebih terbuka untuk mendengar pendapat tersebut.

• Gunakan bahasa yang baik

Layani pasangan anda sebagai kekasih – bukan musuh. Gunakan bahasa yang baik. Sekiranya selama ini anda memanggil isteri anda dengan panggilan "Sayang", "Honey" atau "Intan", gunakan panggilan tersebut walaupun anda berselisih pendapat. Perkataan "awak" tidak manis didengar dan lebih bersifat provokatif.

Elakkan ayat-ayat seperti: "Jangan buatkan saya marah!" "Perbuatan awak ini menyakitkan hati saya!" Sebaliknya, gunakan ayat pemujukan dan berbentuk luahan perasaan seperti: "Kalau Abang pulang awal, kita akan ada banyak masa bersama…" atau "Azie rasa seronok apabila bersama Abang. Boleh tak Abang habiskan cuti setiap hujung minggu bersama Azie?"

• Berikan perhatian

Dengar dengan teliti. Cuba fahami apa yang tersirat di sebalik yang tersurat. Sesekali angguk bagi menunjukkan anda mendengar dan cuba memahami apa yang ingin disuarakan oleh pasangan anda. Sewaktu pasangan anda bercakap, elakkan berfikir bagaimana untuk membalas hujah tersebut. Dengar, dengar dan dengar. Anda bukan di pentas perbahasan dan anda tidak perlu menang dalam perselisihan pendapat dengan pasangan anda.

• Fokus kepada satu isu

Tumpukan perselisihan pendapat kepada satu isu sahaja. Elakkan mengaitkannya dengan isu-isu lain. Lagi banyak isu, bertambah sukar untuk mencari titik persamaan. Elakkan mengaitkan isu tersebut dengan soal peribadi yang tidak boleh diubah. Menyalahkan suami atau isteri kerana dia gemuk, rendah, botak atau latarbelakang keluarganya tidak akan membawa penyelesaian. It'd been a week today - how we miss Baba...

Tomorrow we'd miss him more. We had planned to be at the Karnival Harmoni, long before the dates were fixed. But it was not to be.. Lan will only be back Sunday night. The carnival will be over by then:(

Tomorrow we'll be spending the whole day at the carnival insyaAllah. It'll be tough with three kids in tow...but we'll manage biiznillah.

Today, pretty busy, spent almost the whole morning & afternoon editing K Long's assignment... .grrrrrrrrrrr!!!! Then spent the whole evening sorting things out with Jun - mineral water, of 'cos, hehe. Sales look good so far, alhamdulillah. Put in a new order, hopefully we can meet the demand.

Came back in time for maghrib. Glad to see 'Iffah's stuff nicely packed.
Sorry 'Iffah. Sure, I was mean & cruel. But sometimes, u gotta be cruel to be kind...... and I needed to get the message across. Love u all the same, no matter. Just remember that.

Phone kept ringing. We have 2 MISI meetings tonight! one after maghrib to discuss the timetable & after 'isya with team Karisma on the logistic and all.

Mengharung kaki menuju Ghazzah. (Gaza)

Tika asyik beriadah bersama teman,
Malang menimpa, aku terhumban,
Lumpuh seluruh badan,
Namun, kutekad kekuatan,
Lumpuhku tidak bisa menghalang pergerakan,
Minda, fikiran, tadbir jua amalan...

Kutamatkan pengajian sekolah,
Kuteruskan ke Universiti Ain Syams, padah,
Setahun berlalu dan aku terpaksa berhenti,
Hati yang terhiris itulah,
Yang kubawa ke Mesir gagah,
Kukenal Ikhwan, sertai jamaah.

Di Palestin,
Akulah guru, mengajar tatatertib,

Pandangan kananku hilang mutiara,
Mata kiriku kabur, terseksa didera,
Penyakitku kronik, dihantar ke Hospital Penjara.

Subuh 1 Oktober 1997 barakah,
Aku dibebas dengan janji payah,
Antara Jordan & Israel laknatullah,
Selepas serangan Khalid Masy'al tergagal, musnah.

Kusenyum, kulihatIntifadah Aqsa, bangkitnya ummat,
Menentang, melawan Zionis penjajah laknat,
Hingga terbunuh jua tercedera berat.

Pagi,Malam Isnin aku bersolat sendiri,
Munajatku mohon ke hadrat Ilahi,
Agar ganjaran Syahid diberi di sisi,
Dan kuniat puasa di pagi hari.

Masjid, 22 Mac 2004 - Fajarnya,
Usai solat Subuh, tiada lama hanya,
Tika berjalan pulang, aduh sakitnya,
Tiada rasa nyeri, pulanglah,
Pulanglah ke hadrat Tuhanku, Allah,

I always had this 'thing' about JUARA (!) , you know, Juara THE Malaysian car!!!

This morning on the way to Jawaher's place to help with the KARNIVAL HARMONI doorgifts, spotted one yellow Juara ( do they make the Juara in any other colours??? never seen one...)

I was sort of tailgating, as it was moving so slow, taking its own sweet time going past the traffic lights..arrrrgh! As i inched closer, i saw this boldly printed across it's 'behind'!

Thank you! to whoever the owner is, for brightening up my morning! for making me laugh myself silly ! it'd been sometime since i'd had a good,hearty laugh!!

This afternoon Lan brought back his new car...

We'd talked about this, and both of us unanimously agreed..it's a liability!!! in these days of mat rempits, kidnappings and all things ganazzzz... horror, horror!

To some, it's longgg overdue! The other day during Hari Sihat Anggun, one of the office gals jokingly said "at last, cek wan nak tukar kete!" hihi

The office was getting tired too, of having to foot the repair bills of the merc. The latest was ENORMOUS! OUCH!
Someone at the office took charge, put in the order & practically shoved it down our throats! haha, perhaps it's a blessing in disguise!!
