ALHAMDULILLAH, DAH DAPAT MENANTU....

Alhamdulillah! alhamdulillah! alhamdulillah!
banyak perkara yang patut di syukuri...

syukur majlis berjalan lancar,

syukur ayah & cek puas hati,

syukur perjalanan balik ke KL selamat.

Paling syukur, di kurniakan Allah sahabat2 yang sanggup bersusah payah memastikan segala2nya beres... terima kasih pada Che Rahimi & Peed serta sahabat2 JIM Kelantan. Special mention pada K Tah (kakak Mukarramah rupanya...) , K Na & K Nah yang bersama dari awal hingga selesai

Syukur juga kini sudah menjadi mertua (mermuda??) Moga ditunjukkan Allah jalan2 yang mudah menghadapi hari2 mendatang.

Sejak bergelar pak mertua, Lan tak habis2 bercerita pasal anak menantu, menantu esp! dah lah tu!! hehe

Allah ArRaheem, ditanamkanNya rasa kasih pada menantu umpama kasih pada anak sendiri, alhamdulillah. Azamku menjadi mertua sepertimana almarhumah Mak, insyaAllah. Mak was great, she treated all her menantu with love & care, the same way she treated us, her children. Ya Allah, perkenankanlah doa & harapan ini.

malam sebelum majlis, tried to retire early, ingatkan pesan Yong who called up to remind me to do so. Penat nanti, katanya... tapi......

Friday , we went for last minute shopping - ada a few things lagi yg tertinggal - such as... kasut pengantin! horror! horror! baju Ulfah pun belum beli... the most convenient place was KB Mall. Then we went to Renaissance to settle accomodation rombongan Afan, alhamdulillah, settled, kunci sume dah dapat. Masa solat jumaat, K Long went to Billion , looking for something - i waited in 1901, rehat & solat. Then we went to Mydin, K Long nak beli a few more things.. (arrrgh, selagi kat sini, it'll never end!).

Headed back to Melor, ingatkan nak hantar K Long balik, then we realised it was already late... so pusing balik towards the airport. Alahai, cepatlah pulak sampai... so went for lunch dulu. Tgh sedap makan, dapat sms

"Alhamdulillah. Dah sampai..."

Alamakkk! cepat2 habiskan nasi, harap2nya diorang lambat kluar... :)

First to come out was Aleemi, then 'Iffah followed by Munzir. Eddie from Jaiputra was also there with the unser. Alhamdulillah, 7 ahli rombongan selamat sampai, Selesai masuk bilik, we went back to Melor, coming back to fetch them for dinner around 8.30 nanti

Then Izwan & Ayah Cik arrived, with the dinar mas!!! tambah lagi tugas, masukkan harta karun dalam peti... ole-ole khas untuk rombongan besan esok. he heand the kids were fast asleep upstairs.......

By the time semua beres, it was already 1 am...aduuuuuhhh. Talking about going to bed early.........

Pagi 19, alhamdulillah, bangun dengan rasa tenang - good sign, insyaAllah!!

By 9.30 alhamdulillah semua dah ready. tak lalu breakfast pagi ni..keh keh keh

The aqad went smoothly, with a few hitches, here & there (ehemmm...) TEPAT JAM 10.40 PAGI, MY DARLING DAUGHTER SAH MENJADI SEORANG ISTERI, ALHAMDULILLAH

how do i feel? happy? of 'cos , alhamdulillah
Reflecting the past events, IT WAS RATHER SUDDEN, & QUICK! Tapi alhamdulillah, Allah telah permudahkan . 11th Nov 2007 was our first meeting. 1month 4 days later (15th Dec) dah bertunang & another 1 month 4days (19th Jan 2008) - and they are married......

Syukur alhamdulillah, both families tak banyak kerenah - we want the best for both our son & daughter insyaAllah. It all worked out well ,alhamdulillah

but of 'cos, behind it all, there's THAT VERY DETERMINED GUY!!! amazing how he could convince his parents!!! ***************************************************************************

Almost everybody expected to turn up, did. THANK U ALL, for taking the trouble & making time to share this joyous moment with us. Long lost relatives & friends came in drove. It turned out to be mini reunions - of out-of-touch relatives, MRSM KB, SMSI , SIC etc...the coffee corner served as the sembang corner. alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah

A number turned up malamnya. Among them dr awang nila. good see him again.

Esoknya we went to Tok Bali with Munzir for photograpy - catching the sunrise!

Then had breakfast with Fauzi, Lina & Wan in Pasir Puteh. Went to Rumah Abg Li for lunch. Ayah Do & family + Yah Wan daud & family were there too. After 'asr we proceeded to Pasir Putih , rumah Sir & Yah. As usual, they were great hosts - THANK U for making my new son felt welcomed!

there were also Hisham & Hah + Abg Tar & K Mek.

aaaahhhhhh... the speeches...... :))

Then off we went to Mak Cik Jah's place in KB. Our besan were there too. It was already late when we got back home....
